After the commendation session was successfully concluded, Mr. Yang Jing, Senior Manager of Human Resources, made a concluding speech for the conference. He first expressed warm congratulations to the individuals and teams who won this quarter, and put forward specific requirements around corporate safety management and employee discipline.
Manager Yang Jing pointed out that although no major firefighting or work-related injuries occurred this quarter, safety hazards still cannot be ignored. He reported the fire caused by cigarette butts in the canteen's garbage room, emphasized that slight negligence may lead to serious dangers, and required employees to strictly abide by smoking management regulations. In addition, he mentioned that among the many recent work-related injuries, some were serious. Some employees were transferred to other positions after physical examinations because they did not wear labor protection equipment as required. He called on all employees to pay attention to operational safety and take personal protection.
In terms of discipline, Manager Yang Jing reiterated that it is strictly forbidden to participate in online loans, online gambling and card table gambling, and announced that the company will implement an internal reporting reward mechanism to encourage employees to jointly maintain a healthy environment. He also singled out and criticized issues such as lax attendance, illegal parking, dormitory electricity and sanitation, etc. He made it clear that the company will strictly implement punitive measures, including suspending parking privileges and restricting take-out tableware in the canteen. He called on employees to pay attention to behavioral cultivation and build an orderly environment.
Manager Yang Jing emphasized that the vast majority of employees performed well and hoped that all employees would follow the advanced example and jointly create a safe and civilized working and living atmosphere.

At the end of the meeting, Mr. Zhang Lianghai, Vice President of Production, made a concluding speech. He first reviewed the company's overall development trend this year and pointed out that 2025 will be a year full of challenges but fruitful results. He said that despite the challenges of the external environment, the company has still made important progress in production capacity layout this year. The Linqi factory in Cambodia and the Lianwei factory in Vietnam have been put into production, laying the foundation for sustainable development.
Vice President Zhang pointed out that the company’s shipments this year have maintained its leading position in the industry. It is currently the peak sales season. At the same time, we call on employees to maintain confidence and determination in response to external changes such as tariff policies.
Regarding quality management, Vice President Zhang pointed out that the company's quality system is still "fragile" and can easily cause fluctuations when new employees are added or new products are introduced. He asked the management to promote improvements at the system level and establish a more robust production and quality control mechanism.
Finally, he encouraged everyone to continue to reflect and improve, and jointly promote the company to a new stage of higher-quality development.
