In 2001, Ningbo Shunli Bicycle Co., Ltd., the predecessor of FuturuX, was founded. Initially covering an area of 30 mu, its output surged from 400,000 units to 3 million units through precise production and improved management, laying a solid foundation for the company in the bicycle industry.

In 2007, Ningbo Bailey Vehicle Co., Ltd. was established and implemented a business unit system reform. This put an end to the former practice of "eating from the same big pot" (equalitarianism), successfully reduced inventory, improved inventory turnover rate and management efficiency, and further expanded market share.

In 2012, we reached a new milestone with the official establishment of Ningbo Tekmax Bicycle Co., Ltd., marking our further expansion along the bicycle industry chain. In 2013, the company introduced the Amoeba management model. In 2016, it invested over 100 million yuan in production line upgrading and developed the Micro-Controller Unit (MCU) system, which integrates assembly lines, painting lines, and welding lines. This upgrade delivered multiple benefits: reduced land occupation, shorter production cycles, fewer labor requirements, lower work-in-progress inventory, less frequent line changeovers, higher paint utilization, better adaptability to multi-variety and small-batch production, improved automation, and the elimination of manual welding. The remarkable improvement in production automation and efficiency solved common production challenges faced by the industry.

In 2013, Jiangsu Tekmax Bicycle Co., Ltd., another subsidiary under FuturuX, officially went into production. The establishment of this company further enhanced our production capacity and efficiency, and also led to a significant increase in our global market share.

In 2018, Jurong Taijia Bicycle Accessories Co., Ltd. was founded. Its establishment marked a solid step toward achieving full vertical integration of the Group. By producing raw materials and components in-house, we successfully reduced reliance on external supply chains, effectively lowered costs, and improved production efficiency. Meanwhile, it has built a more stable and flexible supply chain network to ensure our operations remain efficient and reliable at all times.

In 2020, Ningbo Tecno Plastic Products Co., Ltd. was established. The company specializes in the manufacturing of plastics and industrial packaging boxes, with its main objective being to provide packaging solutions for our core bicycle products. Through internalized packaging production, we are able to control product quality more effectively. In addition, this vertical integration has strengthened our supply chain management, reduced the risks and costs associated with external procurement, and improved production efficiency. More importantly, the establishment of Ningbo Tecon has enhanced our market competitiveness and represents an important step in the Group’s vertical integration strategy. It will further consolidate our business foundation and drive the sustainable development and success of the Group.

In June 2023, Lingrich Bicycle (Cambodia) Co., Ltd. was founded by Futurux in Cambodia. Leveraging Cambodia’s low-cost advantages and strategic geographical location, this move marks the deepening of the company’s global layout, further expanding our business footprint and market influence.

In 2025, Futurux made further progress in its globalization strategy with the official registration and establishment of UW Bicycle (Vietnam) Co., Ltd. on January 21. On May 16 of the same year, the Vietnam factory successfully produced its first bicycle, marking a substantial breakthrough in the Group’s production capacity layout in the Southeast Asian market. Relying on Vietnam’s cost advantages and regional potential, UW will further enhance the flexibility of the Group’s supply chain and international competitiveness, providing global consumers with more efficient product delivery services.
