Corporate Culture Promotion Month Series Activities
Culture is a guide to action and a source of cohesion. In order to further popularize corporate culture knowledge, strengthen the implementation of corporate culture, deepen everyone's understanding of the company's corporate culture concepts, promote corporate culture to be internalized in the heart and externalized in behavior, and create a strong atmosphere of "learning culture and practicing culture", the second corporate culture knowledge competition in 2025 is hereby launched.
01 Event arrangements
Learning phase: June 13, 2025 to June 19, 2025
(1) Each department organizes employees to study the company's corporate culture and related materials to ensure that every employee can fully understand the company's mission, vision, core values, management concepts, etc.
(2) Encourage employees to exchange learning experiences with each other and form a good learning atmosphere.
Competition time: June 20-June 22, 2025
Competition content:
The company’s corporate culture, code of conduct, management system, etc.
Contest rules:
Participate online, use WeChat to identify the QR code and answer questions
①The total score of this exam is 100 points. The exam structure is: 30 points for fill-in-the-blank questions (10 questions are randomly assigned, 3 points for each question), 40 points for multiple-choice questions (20 questions are randomly assigned, 2 points for each question), and 30 points for judgment questions (10 questions are randomly assigned, 3 points for each question);
②The event lasts for 3 days in total, and each person has one opportunity to participate every day. The ranking will be based on the cumulative answering scores and answering time in the 3 days;
③ If it is found that cheating software, plug-in software and other cheating methods are used to answer questions, the results will be deemed invalid, the person's qualifications will be disqualified, and points will be deducted from the corresponding department.
Others:
In order to ensure that everyone has a deeper understanding of the concept of corporate culture, within three days of the exam period (June 20 to 22), you need to submit an additional question in the form of an electronic document or chat box: the answer content of the corporate culture practice essay question to Human Resources Culture-Kanglu 15906528093 (the same name on corporate WeChat).
The topic is: Please combine the specific responsibilities of your position and focus on the six core values of Futurux Group (safety, family, transparency, curiosity, responsibility, passion), and elaborate on how to implement these values in daily work.
In view of the performance of the answerers, we will reward participants with outstanding answers, so please be sure to answer carefully and submit on time.
