Leadership speech

After the commendation session was successfully concluded, Vice President of Production Zhang Lianghai made a concluding speech. Vice President Zhang first expressed his high recognition and warm congratulations to the winners, and expressed his most sincere thanks to all employees for their hard work.
He emphasized that in order to actively respond to changes in the global trade environment and tariff challenges, the company has implemented important strategic adjustments in the past few months, fully accelerated the commissioning of the Vietnam (Lianwei) factory and the Cambodia (Lingqi) expansion plan, and continued to optimize overseas production layout; at the same time, it deepened its overseas market strategy, and has accurately formulated and efficiently implemented targeted measures in response to tariffs in Vietnam and Cambodia, significantly improving market competitiveness.
With the joint efforts of all employees, the company has performed well in the past six months. With the arrival of the peak shipment season in the second half of the year, vehicle shipments throughout the year are expected to exceed 4 million units, striving to achieve greater success again.
The European market layout is advancing steadily, and the company will gradually introduce product lines that deeply meet local needs and actively expand new customer resources. The current sales business shipments and market performance are stable, but inventory control and quality management must continue to be strengthened to ensure stable and long-term business development.
Vice President Zhang emphasized the core requirements of operation management: safety is the top priority, safety regulations must be strictly enforced, children are strictly prohibited from entering the work area, and various protective measures are fully implemented to effectively protect employee health and work safety; product quality and cost control are the key lifelines for the company's sustainable development, and all departments need to work closely together to effectively control costs while continuously improving quality stability and consistency.
