Work hard and start a new journey 

On March 22, Ningbo Tekmax Vehicle Industry Co., Ltd. "transformed" the familiar factory workshop into a starlight stage. There are no bystanders here, only "family members" fighting side by side. This annual ceremony with the participation of all employees is not only a review of the struggle in 2024, but also uses applause and laughter to let the cultural seeds of "safety, family, and passion" quietly grow in everyone's heart.

Leadership speech

At the beginning of the ceremony, Production Planning Director Wu Licai delivered a speech, reviewing the company's development over the past year, affirming the hard work of the employees, and raising high expectations for future work.

Subsequently, Yang Jing, senior manager of human resources, summarized the management work of the past year and looked forward to the focus of the work in the new year.

At Tekmax, many model employees work silently and dedicate themselves to ordinary positions, shining like stars, injecting strong impetus into the company's high-quality development. These outstanding individuals and collectives have demonstrated the tenacity and fighting spirit of the strivers with practical actions, and have become an indispensable backbone on our way forward.

In the core award ceremony of this ceremony, we successively awarded honors to the winners of the Monthly Individual Award, Monthly Team Award, Fourth Quarter Individual Award, Fourth Quarter Team Award, as well as the highly anticipated Annual Individual Award and Annual Team Award. With their excellent work performance, they not only won warm applause and sincere congratulations from their colleagues, but also vividly demonstrated the style and positive spirit of Tekmax employees. 

A total of 277 outstanding individuals and 46 groups of advanced collectives were commended at this ceremony. Four lucky draws were also interspersed during the commendation session. In the end, 17 lucky people won surprise prizes.

At the ceremony, the annual outstanding employee representatives and the annual outstanding grassroots management cadre representatives took the stage to deliver speeches. They shared their work experience and insights, motivating all employees to make persistent efforts in the new year, strive to realize their self-worth on the vast "stage" of Tekmax, and contribute to the company's development.

When the wind is fair and the tide is calm, you should set sail to break the waves;
