In the spring-filled March, the 115th International Women's Day has arrived as scheduled. In order to pay tribute to the hard work of Tekmax's female employees and to demonstrate the company's care and respect for "her power", Ningbo Tekmax Vehicle Industry Co., Ltd. launched a Women's Day celebration with the theme of "Ingenuity Holding Fans and Gifts to Bloom" on March 8, using traditional cultural handicrafts and heart-warming courtesy to send holiday blessings to all female employees.

The everlasting flower fan condenses fragrance with skillful craftsmanship

At 10 a.m., training room No. 1 transformed into a gathering place of ancient style. Elegant round fans, immortal dried flowers, and exquisite auxiliary materials are placed in an orderly manner. The female workers turned into "aesthetic craftsmen", using flowers and leaves as pens and fans as scrolls, pouring infinite creativity into their fingertips: they may use sparse shadows to outline the oriental charm, or they may use blooming flowers to overflow with the vitality of spring. There were constant laughter and laughter at the event, and more than 50 unique everlasting flower fans bloomed quietly, which appropriately demonstrated the ingenuity of Tekmax women’s strength and softness.

At 13:30 in the afternoon, the holiday surprises continue. The company sends customized milk tea flower gift boxes to all female employees - a sweet drink paired with elegant bouquets to convey care and concern with sweet fragrance. What moved the employees even more was that female employees who had been employed for one month received an extra cash red envelope of 100 yuan, which means "pay tribute to 100% of efforts with 100% of heart".
