The 8th Forklift Skills Competition

In order to strengthen employees' awareness of safe and standardized operations and improve the skill level of forklift drivers, on the morning of November 14, the finished product department took advantage of the production gap to organize the eighth forklift skills competition in front of the forklift charging room in Factory A.

Before the start of the competition, Hu Zhixin, the finished product supervisor of the organization department, gave an opening speech, and Lin Yuchu, the finished product team leader, explained the competition rules and precautions.

Carrying a pole through a narrow door This forklift operation skills competition involved 10 contestants from the finished product and logistics information departments. The competition event is "Pick the pole through the narrow gate". The contestants need to drive a forklift from the starting point, arrive at the designated place, pick up the long pole and nuts, pass through the narrow gate, go around the specific position and then pass through the narrow gate again, and return the long pole and nuts to the starting point to complete the competition. The focus is on assessing the contestants' daily work ability, driving skills, psychological quality and control over the accuracy and precision of the forklift.

Wear your safety helmet, fasten your seat belt, put down the handbrake, start the forklift, and with a "beep" whistle, the race begins. The contestants were skilled in operation, standardized in their work, and demonstrated their proficient forklift driving skills.

After two hours of fierce competition,

This forklift competition not only demonstrated the superb skills, proficiency and operational abilities of participating drivers, but also promoted communication and learning among employees, jointly promoted the improvement of skills, and laid a solid foundation for employees to operate safely and improve their skills in future work practices.
