In order to promote models, set benchmarks, and create a good atmosphere to follow the examples, at 7 a.m. on August 11, all employees of Ningbo Taimao Vehicle Industry gathered in the sinking area of ​​Factory A to participate in the July Excellence Appraisal and Commendation Conference. As an important event that the company carries out on a regular basis every month, every quarter, and every year, this conference aims to commend the advanced, let the power of role models lead more people to forge ahead, and witness the value of every hard work with honor.

Leadership speech

After the commendation session was successfully concluded, Mr. Zhang Lianghai, Vice President of Production, delivered a concluding speech. He first expressed his warm congratulations to the outstanding employees and teams who won the awards in July, and also expressed his sincere gratitude to all employees for their hard work in July.

Vice President Zhang pointed out that although global tariff policies have brought certain pressure to the industry, the company's overseas market volume remains stable and the overall sales status is good. Ningbo Taimao's status as a core manufacturing base has never changed. However, domestic production faces the challenge of higher tariffs than in places such as Vietnam and Cambodia. Under such circumstances, the company still insists on retaining most of its products in domestic manufacturing, which requires all employees to work together to continuously improve the competitiveness of domestic manufacturing.

In response to the current challenges, Vice President Zhang proposed three key measures:

The first is to implement extreme cost control, strictly control raw material loss (such as precise cutting of steel pipes, improvement of welding yield, etc.) and process waste, and push the actual cost to be infinitely close to the BOM standard;

The second is to strengthen supply chain coordination, optimize cross-border material dispatch, and reduce additional costs caused by emergency land and air transportation;

The third is to reduce costs from the source of research and development and enhance product competitiveness through innovative design.

In terms of safety, Vice President Zhang particularly emphasized that we must always be vigilant about safety risks in hot weather. Whether in the working area or living area, we must attach great importance to safety issues to ensure that we can survive the high temperature period smoothly.

Looking forward to the second half of the year, it is expected to maintain an average monthly production capacity of more than 400,000 units from August to September. In response to the talent demand for overseas expansion, the company will increase its efforts in cultivating grassroots cadres and technical talents, and encourage employees to improve their skills and management capabilities.

Finally, Vice President Zhang called on all employees to uphold the ultimate cost awareness and safety production concepts, work together to achieve annual goals, and stabilize Taimao's competitiveness in the global manufacturing field.
