Safety management training for team leaders
In April 2025, the Safety Department of Ningbo Tekmax Vehicle Industry Co., Ltd. organized a special training to improve the safety capabilities of team leaders. In order to take into account production arrangements and training effectiveness, this training was conducted in a "small class system and in batches" (19 people participated in the training on April 17 and 15 people participated in the training on the 22nd), aiming to further enhance the safety awareness and skills of the grassroots management team and consolidate the foundation for production safety. Although the company is currently facing severe challenges from the external market environment, safety production has always been an insurmountable red line for the company. This training covers all team leaders and persons in charge of key positions, building a solid safety line of defense for the company's subsequent production resumption.

Safety management training
This training was fully taught by Feng Bin from the company's safety department. The training content was closely combined with the actual status of the company's safety production, and centered on the two dimensions of "internalization of safety concepts" and "closed-loop implementation of responsibilities". It deeply integrated DuPont's safety culture and Tekmax's practical experience, using theoretical explanations and case analysis. Analysis, interactive Q&A and other forms were used to explain in detail key contents such as "new employee safety closed-loop management", "safety habit development for all employees", "hidden hazard investigation and rectification tracking", "work injury prevention and emergency response", "hot work control", "fire grid management" and "chemical safety supervision". After the training, the participants took an in-class test.

Post training test
During the training, the team leaders actively participated in the interaction and carefully recorded the key points of knowledge. They all said that the team leader is the first person responsible for the safety of the team and must apply the knowledge and experience learned to work to effectively strengthen the safety construction of the team and improve the cohesion and work efficiency of the team. Through training, team leaders have strengthened their safety awareness and mastered practical methods of hidden danger investigation and emergency response, laying a solid theoretical foundation for safe production work and consolidating the foundation of safety.
